Grief is a natural response to losing someone you care about. Everyone’s experiences of grief are individual, and it may affect you in different ways at different times.

Bereavement is a deep sense of loss, It creates a range of emotions which can change from moment to moment with each individual.

Bereavement can be a shattering, confusing and isolating experience. Sometimes bereavements are traumatic which adds another dimension and dynamic to the loss.

There are no set rules or stages of grief, it is a non-linear process with no time frame on it. It could be years after the loss when you feel it,  and the sense of loss can be engulfing. Seeking help can often be the way forward.
